We had an excellent response at our Community Update Meeting last week, with a turnout of 65 people, including a notable presence from the Kingborough Council.
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to share our vision for Spring Farm Village, including its design, amenities, and potential tenants. We received some valuable feedback, and one of the most raised issues was the potential impact on traffic flow. Not to worry, though - we're on top of it! We'll be conducting a comprehensive Traffic Impact Assessment as part of our Development Application submission which addresses all the issues.
In addition to these discussions, we are delighted to announce that we donated $1,300 Kingborough’s Jireh House women's shelter (being $20 for everyone that attended).
